How it works
The Property Services Regulatory Authority publishes the register on a rolling basis, usually a few weeks after a sale closes. We pull the file every week, work out which new entries fall inside your circle, and send one email if there are any. Weeks with nothing new get no email.
Each email has an unsubscribe link. Alerts are free and we do not share the list with anyone.
