How is a street ranked?
We group register entries by the street or estate name in the address, keep full-market sales only, and take the median of sales from 2022 onwards. A street needs at least five sales in that window to be ranked. The median, not the average, so one trophy house does not carry a whole road.
Why is my street missing?
Either it had fewer than eight sales in the register since 2010, or the address was filed in a way our parser could not group (for example, no street name at all, just a townland). The town page still lists every sale.
What does the growth number mean?
The median price of sales from 2022 to today against the median of 2010 to 2014, for streets with at least eight sales in each window and sensible medians on both sides (early phases of new estates often file token site payments, which we exclude).
